Playsets and furniture are hand built out of #1 grade pressure treated pine. All of our prices are based on customer pick up only. Add $175.00 for delivery and setup with a 30 mile radius of the purchase location. An additional $2.00 per mile over 30 miles will be added to the delivery charge. Delivery man must be able to get in to your site with truck and trailer. All prices plus tax.
